Raffael Marty is a cybersecurity executive, operator, and strategic advisor with more than 25 years of experience across security analytics, product, engineering, SOC operations, go-to-market, and research.
Today, he works as an operating advisor and board member to private-equity and venture-backed cybersecurity companies, helping CEOs, boards, and investors navigate product strategy, go-to-market, organizational scale, M&A, and the decisions that shape durable businesses.
Most recently, he served as EVP & General Manager of Cybersecurity at ConnectWise, where he ran an approximately $200M P&L and led a matrixed organization of several hundred people across product, engineering, SOC operations, and global go-to-market.
Earlier in his career, he built and scaled security, analytics, and research organizations at companies including Splunk, ArcSight, Sophos, and Forcepoint, as well as through ventures such as Loggly and PixlCloud.
His work combines technical depth, business leadership, and long-range judgment, with particular focus on security analytics, data platforms, AI-era detection strategy, and a broader interest in the emerging systems that will shape how organizations and people operate in the future.
